Due to the handmade and custom nature of my items, all sales are final.
• Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Non-Custom Items: Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Photo proof is required. Reach out before returning.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so the issue can be resolved.
• Refunds/Replacements: Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or refund at my discretion.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
